As part of our commitment to you, all MedicalSpaSkincare.com purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at MedicalSpaSkincare.com, you may return them within 7 days. If your product is outside of the 7 day return policy window, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives for further assistance for a 50% refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Return Instructions- 4 Easy Steps
Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below

1.Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). There are 2 simple ways to do this:

Email us at customerservice@medicalspaskincare.com. Please include your order number and a list of the item(s) you’d like to return.
Contact us via phone at (949) 600-7888, Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6:30 PM PST

2.Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!

3. If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your RMA#.

4. Mail your return to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipment charges.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
  • Customers must obtain an RMA# and return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order, unless otherwise noted on the product’s detail page.
  • Returned products are subject to inspection by Medical Spa & Skincare staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, and any original product packaging must be returned. Please do not return empty products. Products must be more than 50% full.
  • Any tool return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories.
  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
